Save on the registration fee by registering before June 17, 2010. Early registration is strongly advised. The registration fee includes a comprehensive course syllabus, lunches, break refreshments, welcome reception, and banquet for course attendees. Extra banquet tickets are available for an additional charge. Although it is not the policy of Tulane University Health Sciences Center for Continuing Education to limit the number of registrants for a course, conference room facilities may necessitate closing enrollment; therefore, early registration is strongly encouraged and advised. Cancellation Policy Your registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded if written notification is received by ANMS on or before July 15, 2010 (Fax number: (734) 699-1136). No refunds will be granted after July 15.

Social Programs

Welcome Reception: Thursday, August 26, 2010 Attendees are cordially invited to join the course faculty for a Welcome Reception beginning at 6:00 pm. This casual reception welcomes you to Boston, Massachusetts and offers the opportunity to make connections with colleagues. Check the box on the registration form if you will be attending.

Banquet Saturday, August 28, 2010 Attendees and their guest(s) are cordially invited to the Banquet beginning at 6:30 pm. The banquet is complimentary to to course attendees. Additional tickets may be purchased (please see registration form). Preregistration is required - check the box on the registration form if you will be attending.
